Can anyone name any Nintendo Black Characters? The only one that comes to mind is Micheal Chain from F-Zero GX, but he sucked.
Do you mean Black characters from Nintendo? If thats what your asking then anyone from the Gerudo(SP?)( Gannondarf's race) race in the Zelda games could be called "black".
There kinda like middle eastern but my point is that most of nintendo character are not from actual races (example Link is Hylian not white or asian).
Sorry to get back on the race issue, but what Video Games need are more Native American protaganists. C'mon guys, we have feelings too, all we have is Tommy from "Prey" and Nightwolf from "Mortal Kombat"

Anyways, no more race talk. so, I can easily imagine this on the VC, which could have a helping hand to Brawl.

C'mon dude - How could you forget ol' Turok? :( Sure Turok: Evolution sucked, but Turok 2: Seeds of Evil was one of my favorite games for the N64. Turok: Dinosaur Hunter and Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion were up there too. I was actually quite tempted to make a Turok thread, but since he is originally a comic book character, the mods would've dropped it like a bad habbit... Oh well... There's also Shania from Shadow Hearts: From The New World, and she's uber hawt... :)

But yeah back on topic, ths game really should get some rep, as it is sure to be a VC hit (it was already a major import hit back in the day...)

Sin & Punishment fans rejoice! Nintendo of America finally released the N64 title for the American Virtual Console along with the original SMB: The Lost Levels (SMB2 in Japan). Perhaps this will increase Saki Amamiya's chance at entering SSBB. However, Saki hasn't been mentioned in Sakurai's poll nor any other official Nintendo forum. Also, SSBB is almost complete, and it already has someone armed with a saber gun-like weapon *parrothead points to ZS Samus*.

Those *****es never made it to America... I hate them for that I was looking forward to that game so much!
Perhaps you missed the news, but Sin and Punishment was just released on Virtual Console YESTERDAY. Therefore, the "it never made it to America" excuse no longer applies.

Too bad I'm broke... otherwise this game would be a definite purchase. :(

If Saki Amamiya from Sin and Punishment doesn't enter, then I'll have to say that Treasure owns the Sin and Punishment rights more than Nintendo.

Aww lawdy, I would've kinda loved this character in, but I always wasn't much for her, really. Sucks for the fans, though.

Eh, they never had a chance, but it is nice to see representation. Sin & Punishment does rock out loud after all.

Well if Destructoid said "She shoots and slashes at whoever is closest to her", then it is either Airan, because she is the only playable female character in S&P, OR it's Saki, because he is often mistaken as a female character.

just got the game, and its downright awesome. seriously, get it now.

a lot of sources say its supposed to be airan, but I'm not to sure. we might have to wait until E for all.

but I personally think its airan, since if the guys at destructoid actually know what sin and punishment IS, then they must have played it before, and know that saki is a boy. but I dont know. I'm just being optimistic ;_;

but I think it goes like this:

if the AT was indeed airan, then saki will most likely be playable.
if the AT was saki, no character from sin and punishment will be playable.

I really hope he is, since a subspace storyline based of of S&P would be incredible. but hey, its nice to know S&P is at least getting some recognition in brawl as an AT, and thats pretty good :)

i remember wanting this game SO bad after seeing gameplay videos... that was when i was in 8th grade or something. yikes. anyway, that'd be SO cool if one of these characters made it.
