I clicked on this thinking "I'll link the SSBM Tutorials guides, they're super useful... great minds think alike.

But just specifically for jigglypuff, watch Hungrybox's matches at TBH5 against M2K, Mango and Armada: it's important to camp the puff but not just give up your stage control: M2K backed up to the edge and started spamming lasers, which got him into bad situations, Mango just played super aggressive against puff, and they both lost, but Armada won because he held the center of the stage and camped with dashdancing and a few lasers.

Yeah. Fox is arguably the best camper in the game with a fast projectile, high speed, and a great dashdance.
