Does anybody know how to do that neutral b turn around in the air?

Go to the opposite direction after she positions herself to shoot, but before she starts charging.

You can shoot in the opposite direction you're facing by hitting that direction followed by pressing b (Turnaround b), reverse your momentum and shoot in the new direction by pressing b followed by hitting the stick (b reverse), or reverse your momentum without changing the direction you shoot in by hitting the stick in the opposite direction, then doing b reverse. (wavebounce).
