yea i was thinking abut making ness my ssecondary but i have a couple questions

1 wat are the main things i need to know to play ness
2. can he keep up with the high tier characters

There's a guide up there called the Ness Compendium of Knowledge and Statistics. I suggest you browse that before you even consider Ness as secondary.

Learn to be able to hit yourself in the right direction with PK thunder when you have too.

Learn when to use Baseball Bat.

Ness can be really good and match up to High tier if you use him right, but most people don't.

Almost nobody does. It requires lots of spacing and uair combos.
