There are many problems with what you said and this thread.
1. Ness still might return since Lucas is a hidden character.
2. Not all characters from Melee will return. Most likely Pichu, Dr. Mario, and Roy.
3. You shouldn't start character hate threads. They will get closed quickly and you risk getting an infraction. For example, the G&W hate thread was closed.
It may seem a little harsh, but reading my warning can save you a lot of frustration in the long run, unless a moderator or administrator says otherwise.
