Toon link is 2cute!

Hi all, I've been using Ness in online matches and I've noticed that he can double jump cancel his specials. Would this be of any use, and if it can how? I can see it being helpful with Pk fire.

I use it in my mixup game a lot. It's not a double jump cancel, but all of his specials seem to negate any momentum.
