Nerfed KO punch?

He used it right before he hit the ground. Mac's KO Punch barely sends opponents anywhere when used in the air. This has always been the case.

Mac used that just before hit reached the ground, and The KO Punch actually got buffed.
You can start it in the air and still get full knockback--You just have to land before the punch itself comes out. The easiest way to test this is to shorthop, immediately do two N-Airs (on an opponent, most likely), then follow it with an immediate KO Punch. You will be in the air at the very beginning.
