Need more help with Sheik (with 2 vids)

I've only got two videos this time, but they're quite accurate on how I'm playing right now...

This whole "needlegrabbing" thing still escapes me. Is there a specific time I'm supposed to use it?

I guess I'll start it off, even though I've already told you a lot of stuff I think you should work on.

You've gotten faster over the last few weeks, but you still slow down quite a bit sometimes. against pika, you can chaingrab more. The matchup really just isn't fair for pikachu. You can chaingrab him until you slap him. Maybe the forward throws were accidental, but it's something you tend to do a bit too much when dthrow is the better option. I also notice that you airdodge a bit too much in general and you often get harshly punished for it.

There's no real trick to needle grabbing... you kind of just do it.

And seriously, you don't need to try to vanish edgehog as much as you do (even though it's not as apparent in these vids).
