Need help with my wfc.

hey, I dont expect anyone to know my problem but if they do could they plz tell how to fix it

well the problem I am having is that my pc wont read my disc or wfc usb I dont know what has happened because I had it working before and now it wont work.

plz tell me how to fix this if anyone knows
