Need help with my Ganon

I play as Ganon in melee and would like to know more about L-Cancelling his aerials.

Same as every other character. You press L, R, or Z right before you hit the ground from an aerial move.

With Ganon the cancel timing can be very different from most characters since his moves do so much damage and therefore have a lot of hitlag (timing is especially weird on ICs)

Things to know about L-cancel:

Dair requires a slightly earlier timing

You can hit R/L as many times as you want to get the cancel with no drawbacks. So if you're dairing 2 shielding IC's you can double tap R to be sure you don't miss it. Just don't keep hitting it after you get the cancel LOL.

It's a mandatory tech that has to be 100% mastered. Auto cancels, when they become an option, are even better obviously.
