need help with .mpeg4 movie files

I wanna get the aforementioned file type on wmm it doesn't support it what do I do? I need it for my review series

Convert it. First, try soft converting. Go into the folder that contains the file you want to convert, go to folder options, and find a box somewhere that says "hide file extensions for know filetypes". Make sure the box is unchecked. Then just rename your file as such: "nameoffile.mp4---> nameoffile.mpg or nameoffile.wmv." If that doesn't work then try hard conversion using this site: http://zamzar.com/
