The only thing I can think of is this.

Edit: An excerpt from the guide above you...... >_>...., To use QuACk, you do a Quick Attack into the ground or a platform. You can use any type of Quick Attack and use any of the two Quick Attacks for this. Once you hit the ground or platform, you have an almost instant moment of being just above the ground. During this you are basically performing a free jump and can use any attack that you could use out of a short hop, including all attacks, even Quick Attack. Pikachu guide

Make sure you're not just hitting Up+B + a downwards direction to QAC into the ground. The instant you Up+B into the ground, hit down again. Doing this will cancel the landing lag and allow you to do virtually everything instantly after you land (including another QAC).

As soon as the landing lag is about to begin from using Up+B, hit down to cancel the landing lag. You can instantly afterwards chain it into an aerial or whatever you like.

I think what you asked for is how to hit someone two times with quick attack with no lag. To do that, quick attack straight left/right first, then use the 2nd part of quick attack to go diagonally down/back. If you do this right, you will hit the opponent once, but with the 2nd part of the quick attack you hit the opponent again and you will touch the ground, which cancels ur lag.

That's it.
