need help please I'm new

Sure, here's what you gotta do.
Go to My Computer (or something similar), then double click on the drive your SD card is in. This is called the "root" of the SD card.
Next, make a folder there called "private", then in that folder another one called "wii", one in there called "app", one in there called "RSBE", and one in there called "pf".
