Near ledge shield break idea

Hello,
This is my first post so sorry if it's oddly made.

I've posted a shield break on my twitter. I'm not sure what's called.

I'm pretty sure you can jab jab > watering can and then jump to make it more consistent ,needs more testing.
If you have ideas or thoughts please share them.
