We're back with our biggest community focused event yet!
Venue is the parish house for First Congregational Church. It’s located directly behind the McDonald’s in the center of Gray. Nearby options for food include McDonald’s, Subway, China Gray, MA Nee Thai, Jess ‘N Nic’s pizza, and Coke Farms. If none of that stands out to you, you’ll find more options in Windham only 15 minutes away from the venue.

$5 entry fee for the event, waived with a full setup*, for driving carpool of 4+, OoS players, or for being a Maine Sm4sh TO****.
full setup for Super Smash Bros for Wii U includes***: Wii U, copy of game (updated to current version) with all characters/stages unlocked + DLC characters + Dreamland 64, AC Adapter, (low lag) monitor, HDMI cable, GameCube adapter.
full setup for Melee*** includes: Nintendo Gamecube or Gamecube-compatible Nintendo Wii, CRT TV, game disk, component cables, AC adapter, all characters and stages unlocked on memory card
full setup for Rivals of Aether includes: computer (laptop or desktop with tower and monitor), AC adapter, GameCube adapter, copy of game, all DLC characters
full setup for Pokkén Tournament DX includes: Nintendo Switch, Switch dock, copy of the game with all characters unlocked, (low-lag) monitor, AC adapter, HDMI cable, two complete controllers (single Joy-Con doesn’t count, complete Joy-Con, Switch Pro, or Pokken Pro controllers)
** Smash 4 Singles will feature a buster bracket (people who go 0-2 in tournament will be entered into an exclusive Smash 4 bracket for free). This will only happen if at least 4 people are willing to do it.
***Any setup with cosmetic or game-altering MODS must remove the MODS during tournament use, except for the Nairo Saga mod for Sm4sh and 20XX for Melee.
****Must confirm tournament series being run in order to have venue waived.

3 stock, 8 minutes, basic stages via Tourney Mode
Starter Stages - Fire Capitol, Rock Wall, Merchant Port, Tower of Heaven, Aethereal Gates
Counterpick Stages - Air Armada, Treetop Lounge, Blazing Hideout, Tempest Peak, Frozen Fortress, The Endless Abyss, Spirit Tree
Game 1 has players strike 1-1-1-1 after roshambo to decide who strikes first
Game 2+ has the winner strike 2 stages with the loser then picking a stage
Pokkén Tournament DX will follow the Pokkén Tournament Championship series rules which can be found on this page: http://www.pokkentournament.com/en-us/championship-series/
There may be a few exceptions, such as how DX doesn’t require LAN play for versus. We will be playing matches on a single setup, with the fixed perspective as opposed to splitscreen.
ARMS will be single elimination with the winner getting free entry to another tournament. All characters allowed with default ARMS. Snake Park is banned. Matches are best 2 of 3.
