His moveset goes as followed (for perfect Shadow Clone Animations, use the Texture in the newest update).
A= Punch
AA= Punch - Kick
AAA= Punch - Kick - Jab Punch
Dash attack= Air Kick

F-Tilt= Zamus's F-Tilt
D-Tilt= Roll Kick
U-Tilt= Snake's U-Tilt

FAir= Snake's FAir
BAir= Zamus's BAir
NAir= Snake's NAir
DAir= Snake's DAir
UAir= Peach's UAir

F-Smash= Uppercut
D-Smash= Kyuubi Chakra Attack (does 5% recoil damage)
U-Smash= Sheik's U-Smash

N-B= Pseudo chargeable Rasengan*
Air N-B= Non chargeable Rasengan
Side-B= Kyuubi Dash (does 6% recoil damage)
Air Side-B= Air Dash
D-B= Shadow Clone (goes forward)
Air D-B= Shadow Clone (goes down in an angle instead of forward)
U-B= Jump
Air U-B= Kunai Slash (Even do you wont see the Kunai)

Final Smash= Kyuubi Chakra Explosion (does 60% damage)

Fixed Rasengan hitbubble
Fixed Shadow Clone(s) Knockback

* The N-B Rasengan has Three situations which are divided by "ping" sounds.
Releasing B without hearing a "ping" results in a medium knockback Rasengan which deals 12% damage.
Releasing B after hearing 1 "ping" results in a medium to high knockback Rasengan which deals 16 % damage.
Holding B until all 2 "pings" are heard results in a high knockback Rasengan which deals 20% damage.
During the charge Naruto will have heavy armor in which you can hit him and deal damage, but won't stop him from charging (lower that 9% in one hit).

Not bad, not bad at all.
Good job with the swapped animations. Looks like you fit them to Ike's body frame, though it could just be me.
The FS graphics could use a bit of work. I tested it on Battlefield, and I barely saw a flicker for the outermost graphic.
Down-B is just... o_o Wooooow.

Yeah I know about the FS graphic being almost unnoticeable, but I didn't had time to fix that.
I used Animations of other characters who are about the same height as Ike, like Sheik, Snake and Zero Suit Samus.
But I see in your reaction that your surprised about his Down-B (and Air Down-B). :D

I'll download it later, but from watching the video, I agree- not bad at all. I was expecting half-***** over powered junk, considering the subject, but this is actually quite solid. I hope you stick with this project. I'm not really a Naruto fan, but I think I could really enjoy playing this moveset once it's finished.
I haven't downloaded it, so I can't see how they look in game, but the shadow clones look great in the video. They're a really cool idea.

Do you have any plans to incorporate the stump from substitution jutsu?
Also, I was talking with my roommate two days ago and we were saying how entertaining it would be if a Naruto PSA incorporated sexy jutsu into a counter-like move. Hide Naruto and spawn a texture edited ZSS with smoke around her. If she is hit, you take the damage with super armor, but the opponent is stunned(ZSS's stun shot effect) and some sort of little hearts are drawn above their head. Naruto then changes back to normal and you can take an attack on them.
If thats not possible, you might be able do something with the stump model from the custom stage nature set.

I'm sorry, but I can't add Sexy Jutsu as for Ike doesn't have enough Article's to edit that in.
Besides, there is (sadly) no Sexy Jutsu texture made as of yet.
I'll look for the stump model when I have time do.
Also, I don't have that much time to work on him because of school and all.

I have downloaded a previous version of this character, 6.02 i believe, and while trying to download this version it has asked me for a password, I'm sorry if i missed it in the post but i would like to try out a better version of this very cool character. From my plays with him, I found that there were some graphical glitches that I'm sure that will be worked out, such as the Rasengan, and the Side B, which I'm still not sure what it's supposed to be, but I had a very pleasurable time with it. Also, being very new at this, is there a way to have the PSA affect only one of Ike's colors rather than all of them?

Hello, I'm new around here and forgive my comment if it seems like an obnoxious suggestion.

For his rasengan would it be possible to make it the gannadorf side b animation (since you know he rushes with his palm open all rasengan style) as for the rasengan itself you could situate a re textured mario fireball in the palm (the mario fire balls look remarkably like rasengans so a blue one would fit the mark perfectly)

This is just a suggestion I just think that the current rasengan is a bit strange. Still great character overall.

That's the right kind of name for a moveset. You don't have to rename it. Just put it where you put your Ike textures. Same goes for the MotionEtc file.

I'm not going to even bother telling you off about how you've bumped an old and outdated thread

Outdated? Just because the PSA is likely finished being developed doesn't mean that it's "outdated".

For a sexy Jutsu switch to a Zerosuit body frame with a 'sexy' texture. then have an effect like jiggly puff's sing up b think it was.

Neutral combo should be:

A - Punch
AA - Jab
AAA - Naruto bends over and shadow clone jumps over his back with a kick.

Hardcore >=3
