But many characters have nicknames for their moves (the knee comes to mind here). How about we try making some names for Ike's moves?

Potential names:
B-Roy Incarnate, Eruption

UpB- Aether

sideB-Flash, Quickdraw, Flash step, sword warp, Dash, Charge, Quick Approach

jab-Straight Punch -> Swift Kick -> Axe Swipe

ftilt-Cleave

utilt-Uppercut, Rising Blade

dtilt-WTF ITS A SPIKE, Ankle Splitter

fsmash-Hail Mary, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD

For starters, perhaps "copter" for uair? It does look like propellers.

Yeah, his B moves have names already. But we can prolly think of all kind of names for his QD.
Flash step, sword warp, Dash, Charge, Quick Approach, etc

The thing is, I'm not kidding; I really think that this is the best name for the move, something short and simple, like Ganondorf's moves: Sparta Kick, The Kick, The Punch, The Grab, and, my personal favourite, Smoking Leg. The names describe exactly what the moves are...

And that's exactly why Ike's dtilt should be The Spank.
