read it more carefully. Umm well I never thought of wolf using it on another wolf lol but it's been known that fox can shine wolf in the middle of his up B. I guess wolf's nair works the same

I think he wants to say something different: While you are hit by the UpB, you can use Nair to get hit you opponent out of the UpB.
Can be funny in Wolf Dittos, but good Wolfs won't use UpB, so it's situational.
Btw: Fox can also hit Wolf with his shine out of the UpB.

I mean you can just jump out and hit Wolf out of his Up B with a Nair (The weak hits work)

Well, then I can imagine Nair to DJ Bair or shine is pretty effective, but too sutiational to be important for Wolf dittos.
