N64 VC Resolution increase?

Anyone with Mario 64 on the VC know if N64 resolution is increased to 720p on Wii U N64 VC? On Wii the resolution was bumped up from 240 to 480 so I figure it might happen again.

Confirmed to be 1080p. Don't have a source but yeah.
