how do I wingpivot/renew because i've watched undr's video and although he demonstrates it very well it doesn't show actually how it's done

also I heard he has a chaingrab, and there is another post on this page of that nature referring the poster to a sticky, which supposedly covers it but for the good of me I cannot find it (is the early hours of the morning)
