Okay so I know there is already a topic on mybrute that was started but it hasn't been posted in for almost a year so rather than bump it, I will make a nice comprehensive post about this addictive game and hopefully this won't be locked.

So MyBrute is a fairly simple game. You make a "brute" and fight matches. You can fight 3 a day and you level up raising your stats and getting new weapons. Everything you get is random. Just hope you start off with good stats and get good weapons as time goes on.

The Fights
Ok so this sometimes causes confusion when people first start to play the game. the fights are automatic. You just sit back and watch. Sometimes it's really frustrating seeing your brute not take out its weapon or get it knocked away but that's the luck of the draw.

Stats
Stats are generated randomly at the start and improve randomly. Average is ~3 per category.

Stamina: Just how much damage your brute can take. Average starting is ~63 I think.

Strength: Measures how much damage you can do per hit. As you can see my brute is a power house.

Agility: This is how often you dodge attacks. Pretty important when big weapons and bears come into play.

Speed: This is how often you attack more than once in a row/ block attacks. As you can see my brute lacks a little speed.

Bonuses
One of the things your character gets over time (or starts with) are bonuses. There are many bonuses that do different things. Obviously some are better than others. You can find all of them and what they do here

Here are some I consider good:
This stops blows sometimes. it's great when your fighting an opponent with a big weapon

Fun little bonus. Once in a while you throw a bomb that does ~14 damage I believe.

Cry of the ****ed- This is a great one. if you use it, your opponents pets may run away from the fight. I haven't talked about pets yet but you'll see soon why that's so good.

Pets
Well pets are one of the best weapons you can get. The Pets you can get are the dog, the wolf and the bear. Dogs are not too uncommon and the wolf and bear are rare. These guys fight with you in fights. They do damage and your opponent usually spreads their hits between you and your pet so you take less damage and they take more. So lets look at them in detail.

Dog

Health: 14
Strength: 5
Agility: 5
Speed: 20

The dog is the fastest of the pets and you can get up to 3 of them to fight with you. They're the most common and as you level up you may get one. If you're lucky you might start with one.

Wolf

Health: 30
Strength: 10
Agility: 10
Speed: 10

The wolf is better than the dog in all aspects but speed. Great pet to have and is very powerful. Rarer than the dog.

Bear

Health: 110 initially, rises slightly with your Brute's health.
Strength: 20
Agility: 5
Speed: 5
Hits per attack: 1

Another rare pet, the bear is an absolute powerhouse. He's slow but crazy strong and has great health. The problem is it lowers your brute's health 50%. I gotta say, I hate when I start a fight and I see my opponent has a bear.

Overall, pets are extremely powerful. I got a dog at level two (just like 10 minutes ago) and it's great.

Weapons
Weapons are just little handy tools you can pull out during fights to hit your opponent with. Some have special properties too. Your brute isn't always the smartest when using them though. You can find a full list of them here, but here are a few of my favorites.

Bumps: they do a great amount of damage and are common weapons. You can take out a bear in 2-3 hits with these.

Baton: Decent damage and can disarm your opponent.

Stone Hammer: HUGE damage but doesn't hit often.

How to Join

Simple.

You can just make a brute though this link:

http://acidic-velocity.mybrute.com

That'll let you fight my current brute and you'll become my pupil (which just means I get a few xp points). Once again, i know MyBrute topics can get you in trouble but the old one is from a WHILE ago and this one is much more detailed. I hope this is okay and hope you guys enjoy this game with me
