Yayyyyyyy Luma greatly succeeds in making us Europeans embarrassed!!(Not quite well as I do though)
The Fox doesn't suck though, sucking is something far below that to me.
It seems to me that Luma has actually improved since RoX4 =O
Typing this after only watching the videos against Ravenlord, will type more after I'm done with watching the rest:
Okay, so in fact both of the players need to work on both their edgeguarding and recovery. Luma recorded on stage for no reason a few times and wasn't recovering that good usually, although in DL64 it was smart to recover to the platform a few times. Maybe.
The Fox could have avoided some edgeguards had he recovered better, so in my opinion there still is some improvement to do.
Luma actually isn't that good at edgeguarding, it's true. Of course my requirements for being good at edgeguarding might be a little stricter than they should, for some of the people in Finland have started to excessively practice laming and edgeguarding tricks, and are actually pretty good at it. I think I'm pretty good at edgeguarding as well, but that's all about that...
I think that Luma is too.. reckless most of the time, judging from the parts where I actually concentrated on watching the videos. I mean, it seems to me that he would have been shieldgrabbed way too many times if his opponent had had his shield up at the time, which in my opinion he should have. I think Luma should try to grab more, although Sheik admittably can't combo Fox out of Down Throw, nor can she really combo him out of Up Throw either. If anyone cares(Which I seriously doubt), I usually Down Throw Fox if I am facing the edge of the stage and it would be easy to tech-chase them. If not, I'd just Up Throw
into platform tech chase or something.
Yeah whatever, hopefully I can play against Luma or Ravenlord soon. I only know Luma barely beat a player I am better than at RoX, but that says nothing. More stuff later, possibly.
/End lame wannabepro-English. Hopefully I didn't make any mistakes, now that would be embarrassing. =P
