Swampert @ Leftovers
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252HP/4ATK/252DEF
Stealth Rock
Earthquake
Rain Dance
Surf

I herd u liek mudkipz evolved form. I like Swampert and he makes for a good lead.

Kingdra @ Leftovers
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 180HP/252ATK/76SPE
Dragon Dance
Rain Dance
Waterfall
Outrage

Double Dance set for amazing sweeping power.

Ludicolo @ Life Orb
Nature: Modest
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 60HP/251SPA/196SPE
Surf
Grass Knot
Ice Beam
Rain Dance

Good Special Sweeper during rain.

Bronzong @ Damp Rock
Nature: Impish
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252HP/128ATK/128DEF
Explosion
Rain Dance
Earthquake
Reflect

This is a great set-up for Rain Dance and to switch into my sweepers. Earthquake is for those pesky Magnezones.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248HP/252ATK/8SPE
U-turn
Bullet Punch
Superpower
Pursuit

A great pokemon that can handle alot of pesky pokemon. Helps out Starmie and Swampert.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Nature: Timid
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 136HP/156DEF/216SPE
Rapid Spin
Surf
Thunderbolt
Recover

My rapid spinner, works well with Scizor

Critique / Help me find weaknesses.

Why Swampert instead of, say, Bronzong?

No need for a Rapid Spinner on this team, you need more Rain Dance sweepage.

Try out:
Scizor @ Damp Rock
Adamant / Technician
248 HP / 88 Atk / 172 Spe
Rain Dance
Bullet Punch
Superpower
Pursuit / Bug Bite

A pretty self-explanatory set.

I recommend replacing Starmie with either Quilfish or Kabutops. Both are very potent physical sweeprs; Quilfish boasts Poison typing that absorbs Toxic Spikes and surprisingly good type coverage with Waterfall / Poison Jab. Kabutops boasts a really freaking high Attack stat after a Swords Dance.

Ok just some thoughts off the top of my head (too lazy to make a full rate atm).

Swampert's too slow, it's gonna get Taunted before it can set up Rain Dance. Go with an Azelf/Electrode/Crobat instead.

Remove Starmie, add Kabutops. No need for a Rapid Spinner on a RD team, and Kabutops is strong.

Too many Rain Dancers, replace a few moves. Switch Kingdra to a more offensive version (Waterfall/Hydro Pump/Draco Meteor/Signal Beam is good), and maybe give Ludicolo Focus Punch instead.

So Azelf with Taunt, SR, Rain Dance and Explosion would be best to replace swampert?

Yeah, so I'm getting the general idea that I should replace Swampert with Azelf.
Also probably Starmie with Quilfish.

Kabutops would really be better, but Qwilfish(sp?) is fine too. A rock STAB would do a lot more than a poison STAB.

I'm not sure that Water / Rock is better than Water / Poison, to be honest. Water / Poison is resisted by Empoleon and Tentacruel. Water / Rock is resisted by Empoleon and Breloom.

Rock on its own is simply a better STAB. It hits more things in OU SE.

The only two things that Qwilfish has over Kabutops are its Poison-typing and Explosion. Its Poison-typing allows it to suck up Toxic Spikes while Explosion is Explosion.

However, I'd still rather use Kabutops cuz of Aqua Jet, it's slightly stronger, and has Stone Edge.

Stone Edge misses 50% of the time.

But yeah, Aqua Jet is cool too.

It misses 30% of the time...

And besides, the coverage it offers is far better than, say, Poison Jab. Kabutops also has access to stuff like Night Slash which is also good for dealing with Rotoms that will probably try to switch in on your ****.

LOL at those accuracy numbers before Ulti fixed it. >_<

If accuracy is a big deal, throw Rock Slide on him over Stone Edge. Much better acc. and chances to flinch. You won't lose too much power either.

Good ****ing luck versus Vaporeon. It will stall your *** out to no end.

Go for a more instantly powerful set with Kingdra. If you really want to abuse Rain +Dragon Dance, go Waterfall/Outrage/DD/Hydro Pump @ Life Orb/ Lum Berry/ Leftovers.

For Vaporeon try Zapdos. Thunder/Rain Dance/Roost/U-Turn would do nicely, just don't let it be the last thing vs a Ground type.

Get a faster Lead as well. Aerodactyl would be unexpected, stops other leads as well while easily setting up Rain Dance.

This isn't a particularly serious suggestion, but when I used a rain team I had a floatzel as a combination rain renewer/stallbreaker, maybe you could try it out over your starmie since with the advantage of rain floatzel can outspeed even Scarfed Latias/Gengar!

Floatzel @ Leftovers
240 HP/252 Atk/16 Spe
Adamant/Swift Swim

Taunt
Waterfall
Ice Punch
Rain Dance/Bulk Up

Move the HP EVs to Def if you decide to use bulk up just because you'll get more immediate bang for your buck as far as the physical boost goes, making it quite bulky, almost on the same level as mixpert (311 hp/309 def).

I'm really liking that Floatzel.
I actually wasn't having much trouble with Vaporeon though b/c Grass Knot TBH on Smogon.
I'm going to swtich to Aerodactyl for lead tho.

Grass Knot does like NOTHING to Vaporeon because it's so light.

you can run energy ball on ludi for that exact reason.

taunting and setting up with floatzel though might scare it if it doesn't have hp electric, which might be a reason to run return over ice punch.

Electrode is a good rain lead too and is faster than Aerodactyl, resists Electric, and Explodes.
