Wind Waker Link kills the realistic part of it oh and Ness and Lucas do not belong in the same slot.

Tails actually isn't that realistic. Believe it or not, Sakurai wants some variety. The rest of the list is fine, though.

yes I also thought about those two suggestions...,

I think Tails/Knuckles would fit quite nicely into Brawl with the new gliding mechanics and old floating mechanics (i.e. peach), but I just have a feeling nearly for certain they won't make it in.

Don't want to steal Sonic's thunder just yet.

Also, yes; Lucas will have seperate moves apart from Ness and it's quite possible Ness will no longer be in the game at all.

I pondered Mewtwo's return, new and improved, but I thought long and hard and just believe Lucario, of a new generation, will replace his character slot. Aura Sphere, Steel-Fighter, etc...,

What else? Let's improve this and solidify it!

Oh man that is soo not realistic. Earthbound won't go from 1 to 4 reps, if Dixie was gonna be playable it would be with Diddy, Mewtwo will not be cut (especially since the IC's made it) and I really doubt F Zero X will get another rep. But enough of my ranting you had a shot.

If "The Quiet American" has taught us anything it's that everyone has an opinion so realistic kinda goes out the window the second someone makes their own roster.

I have to agree with Mic, I don't find this very realistic at all. Then again, I don't see too many lists that really can be "realistic" because Sakurai doesn't want only popular characters in Brawl, so there are going to be some characters we never would have expected to make it, therefore, impossible to create a "realistic" list.
