Lets get the most obvious flaw with this team out of the way immediately.

Gengar is NOT a Bulky, support ghost, he is a sweeper. Rotom-A can run a similar set that works 1,000X better. Also, just as a note, I like how you forgot Giga Drain existed.

Assuming you still need this Support Ghost to serve a role of getting rid of Bulky Waters, I would recommend this.

Rotom-C@Leftovers
Bold/Levitate
252HP/168Def/88Spe
Thunderbolt / Discharge
Shadow Ball
Will-O-Wisp
Leaf Storm

Make a choice. Thunderbolt for power, Discharge for the ability to more reliably cripple opponents that are immune to or don't mind Will-O-Wisp

Not a bad first team but there's some changes you could make that I think would work better for you.

Aerodactyl is fine as it is.

Dragonite is also fine as it is, but considering you're using a bulkier dragon dance set you might want to consider roost over superpower to survive for longer vs. weaker attackers.

Infernape doesn't fit this team very well as a specially-based attacker. I think going with a physical mix set over a special mix set would work better since this team can use a lot of scouting to get in its high-powered sweepers (plus you're a bit DDtar weak, and having a revenger will help a lot). Here's the set:

Infernape @ Life Orb
252 Atk/64 SpAtk/192 Spe
Naive nature

Close Combat
U-turn
Mach Punch
Overheat

Lucario is fine as it is, but you'll probably want stone edge in that last slot just because of your lack of real team coverage against fliers.

There's no reason to give roar to a non-defensive latias, but you need a scarfed revenge-killer so give it thunderbolt over roar. Draco meteor should also go over dragon pulse since it outdamages dragon pulse over two turns (140+70>95+95), but it's a matter of preference.

SubGar is a great thing, but just burning the pursuiter they send out won't let gengar get away safely, as a burned pursuit will still KO...Gengar is better at actively dealing with the pursuiters that come in to trap it. If you're going to use a substitute set, I'd suggest running Focus Blast/Pain Split/Shadow Ball as pain split gives you the hp recovery you're looking for but also helps you be a real pain in the *** to any blissey that comes your way. Focus blast deals with ttar, and shadow ball is solid stab that you just can't say no to. You can run HP Fire over pain split to ohko scizor safely, but focus blast+shadow ball will 2hko scizor after stealth rock so it's up to you whether you want to rely on focus blast's shaky accuracy or not. One advantage of not using HP fire though is that you'll frequently outspeed other gengar and latias who often choose to use HP fire.

Latias wants Thunderbolt or HP Fire instead of Roar.

Lucario needs to decide on a fourth move.

Close Combat/Crunch has near-perfect Coverage, You're not going to be hitting Gliscor with that Ice Punch anways, and Stone Edge is unreliable and you're better off using Rotom/Latias Tbolts against Flyers.

Go Crunch.
