Well, this has been a work in progress for me for a while now, mainly due to how busy I am.
I'm looking for advice more than anything, but feel free to rate.
Bolded things are things I'm personally considering replacing.

My set is pretty much based on my Umbreon trapping their lead, and Set up with Ninjask to Breloom, depending on the situation, Kingdra. Support with Vaporeon. My sets pretty bland.

Lead: Umbreon@Chople Berry
Careful / Synchronize
252 HP / 164 Spe / 92 Sp. Def
Baton Pass
Mean Look
Yawn
Wish

Standard trapper Umbreon. Chople Berry allows me to survive one Close Combat.

Ninjask@Focus Sash
Jolly / Speed Boost
176 HP / 248 Atk / 84 Spe
Baton Pass
Sword Dance
Substitute
X-Scissor

My Ninjask is pretty standard, and is usually responsible for me winning matches, but this is who I'm most concerned about. I usually use Umbreon Wish to Ninjask to make Focus Sash worthwhile after people use SR.

Breloom@Toxic Orb
Adamant / Poison Heal
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Facade
Seed Bomb
Mach Punch
Spore

This guy is probably the most important thing on my team, I BP from Umbreon to Ninjask to this. If I get one Sword Dance and one Sub off, this thing is just ****. Spore is for anything that happens to be faster than it.

Vaporeon@Leftovers
Bold / Water Absorb
188 HP / 252 Def / 68 Spe
Wish
Protect
Surf
HP Electric

Standard support Vaporeon, simple but very effective. Nothing else to say.

Heatran@Choice Scarf
Modest / Flash Fire
252 Sp Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Sp Def
Fire Blast
Earth Power
Dragon Pulse
Explosion

My team's Special Sweeper. This is also my go-to guy whenever I predict someone using trick on my Umbreon.

Kingdra@Leftovers
Lonely / Sniper
252 Atk / 232 Def / 24 Spe
Dragon Dance
Substitute
Waterfall
Outrage

My late game sweeper.

Well, that's about it.
Constructive criticism is greatly appreciated.

Okay, first off, your team structure. Ninjask should be your lead, as SR chews it up.

What are you going to do after surviving Infernape's Close Combat? Umbreon makes a very poor lead. Everything else looks standard.

Ninjask@Focus Sash

176 HP / 248 Atk / 84 Spe
Baton Pass
Sword Dance
Substitute
X-Scissor

Eh. I'd go for a Salac / Leichi / Petaya Berry.

Breloom@Toxic Orb
Adamant / Poison Heal
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Facade
Seed Bomb
Mach Punch
Spore

Lack of SubPunching Breloom is pretty cool, I like the concept.

Vaporeon@Leftovers
Bold / Water Absorb
188 HP / 252 Def / 68 Spe
Wish
Protect
Surf
HP Electric

Standard support Vaporeon, simple but very effective. Nothing else to say.

Why HP Electric instead of Toxic / Roar?

Heatran@Choice Scarf
Modest / Flash Fire
252 Sp Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Sp Def
Fire Blast
Earth Power
Flash Cannon
Explosion

My team's Special Sweeper. This is also my go-to guy whenever I predict someone using trick on my Umbreon.

Flash Cannon? Go with Dragon Pulse or HP Grass / Ice. Although it gets STAB, it's still a pretty crappy attack.

Kingdra@Leftovers
Lonely / Sniper
252 Atk / 232 Def / 24 Spe
Dragon Dance
Substitute
Waterfall
Outrage

My late game sweeper.

Ahh, Kingdra. He can be tailored in so many ways for different teams: Dragon Dance, Rain Dance / Swift Swim, dual Dance, mixed, physical, special, bulky attackers... For a late-game sweeper, I would suggest Swords Dance Lucario, as he is without a doubt the most deadly one. For a late-game sweeping Kingdra, I'd suggest Rain Dance. You get an extra boost to Speed, allowing you to dump more EVs in SpAtk, allowing you to run a mixed set with Waterfall / Outrage / Draco Meteor. The five turns of Rain is plenty for a late-game sweeper.

This is all theoretical, of course. It depends on your team, playstyle, and current metagame.

I honestly haven't played against even ONE player who's used a lead Ape. Chople Berry is for people who I need to trap mid game more than anything.

Vaporeon's HP Electric is for Gyarados more than anything. But I'll test other options out.

I'll replace Flash Cannon with HP Ice for extra Dragon coverage.

Kingdra is sorta there for personal reasons. He's my favorite pokemon of generation II, and has always found a way onto my set whenever possible.

This set as it is is currently 14 wins 3 losses on Shoddy Ladder if anyone's wondering..

Lead Ape used to be fairly common, though his usage has declined quite a bit recently.

HP Electric on Vaporeon is good.

Isn't your Umbreon just asking to be setup on by Azelf and Aerodactyl?

Consider Toxic on your Vaporeon set.

Also, think about running a Swords Dance Scizor for a late-game sweeper. He'll just finish off weakened opponents with Bullet Punch / Bug Bite.

I think that Dactyl and Azelf leads are losing popularity. I havn't seen them in a while. Azelf not as much, but I rarely see Aerodactyl anymore.

Taunt leads Ruin me.

What about Crobat then? And Gyarados?

You should consider Payback on Umbreon. He's slow so he'll get the boost. And you won't get wrecked by Taunters.

Heatran quickly disposes of most most taunt leads like Azelf & Dactyl.

Vaporeon destroys Gyarados with HP Electric.

My Umbreon has a serious case of 4-Move Syndome, If I replace Wish, SR ***** Ninjask. If I replace Yawn, I can't set up properly. If I replace Mean Look or Baton Pass, Umbreon becomes useless. Payback is not an option.

I'm gonna try out Scizor as my late game sweeper, even though he's over-overused.

Just curious, how do you deal with Metagross seting up Stealth Rock? I can see him causing some problems for you.

I can't. But because I have an irrational fear of Umbreon getting Tricked, I usually switch to Heatran whenever I see Azelf, Dactyl, Smeargle, or other Trick users.

This is the Scizor I'm intending to replace Kingdra. Your opinions are greatly appreciated.

Scizor @ Life Orb
Adamant / Technician
248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
Bullet Punch
Bug Bite
Swords Dance
Superpower

I'm thinking of replacing Superpower with Brick Break, cause the Stat drop can get annoying. I'm also considering replacing it with Rock Smash, but it seems sorta stupid, because it doesn't get STAB. So I'm thinking about Pursuit as well, to wreck switchers.
