My 20 worst Pokemon ever​

I saw a post containing a list of the 20 worst pokemon ever. Like many people I believed that this list was very flawed. Anyway here is my list for the 20 worst Pokemon. What I based my list on was how unforgettable, how bad of a concept, and how unnecessary that specific Pokemon was. So without further ado here is my bottom 20.

Also some of these are groups of Pokemon that are pretty much the same. like #20.

well clownie. He just doesn't do anything that affects the game. His spot was really unnessessary. but yes he is cute :3

Let's take a gander at how many pokemon affect the game.
1st Gen... Cubone, Snorlax
2nd Gen... Sudowoodo, Ho-Oh, Lugia, Entei, Raikou, Suicune, Gyrados.
3rd Gen... Kyogre, Groudon, Keckleon, Castform, Poochyena, Wingull, Rayquaza (In Emerald).
4th Gen... Dialga, Palkia, Mesprit, Cresselia, Giritina (In Platinum).
Unless you count starters.
That's what? 21/493?
