I was walking my dogs this morning and I saw 2 guys leave the garage. They didn't look like owners, so I went into the garage to see what they were doing there. I saw your batman car in 2 pieces and thrown about. One piece on one side of the garage and the other on the opposite. So I dragged them back to your spot. Hope they didn't break it. I didn't knock at your door because it was too early. (it also looked like they screwed around in the laundry room as well)
Just FYI, the only things you can have in your parking space is cars (real cars). The CC&R's state you can't use your parking space to store toys or anything other than a car. There is a women in the building with a small child, and she isn't allowed to put her daughter's toys or bike in the parking space either.
So please remove the toy before the HOA's /RRR sees it. They can 'fine' you if not removed. If you want, i can look up specifically where it says it in the CC&R's. I think it's a fire code hazzard.
