Right now I'm kinda slacking on a bunch of stuff because it's finals time for me, which means that in a week or two I'll have my more finished typography as well as a new 3d project to post.

That typography was sooo good, my visual design class and video class is kind of doing typography and matching things with music. Just looking at stuff like that people usually think oh it looks so simple but trying to do one yourself i realized man this is kinda hard 8[ I still dislike typography xD so much UGH in it to actually make it seem awesome

Thanks, and you absolutely got it right. It takes a freaking long time! I'm still working on that song, and it just baffles me how much time and energy it's taking.

That animated typograph was cool as hell.

What program did you use to do that? And where did you learn to do that?

I used Adobe After Effects. As far as learning it goes though, I'm really kind of self taught. There are unfortunately no set tutorials for how to make a typography. There's ONE that I found that really only taught you one way to do it, and was ultimately very limiting. Everything to this point has just been me trying to figure out what works and what doesn't.

I don't know if that answers your question or not.
