Music updates

[Venus of the Desert Bloom]

I know alot of people get bummed out if their is a music update or saying "this was a sucky update week!" but I get even more exicted upon hearing some of the new music that will be in this game.

I believe that the music will be incredible and amazing. Anyone else agree? What is your favorite song thus far? What music are you looking foward too? Any predictions like what songs go to what stages or events?

I personally love "Yoshi's Story: Ending", "Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Medley", and "Animal Crossing: Go K.K. Rider".

The Ocarina of Time Medley is just epic sounding. I would love that song by itself. I think it could appear on the Bridge of Eldin but it could be in the story mode. I also think the Go K.K. Rider will appear when, obviously, K.K. does his concert in "Smashville".

I'm not disappointed if there's a music update... I love music.. It's my life...

On the other hand I haven't been too fond of the music in this game so far. I like the Zelda one, and the K.K. one, but other then that they aren't really anything special to me at all.

I just hope it gets a bit better, because I LOVED the soundtrack of Melee, and I want this one to be just as good.

I enjoyed the Zelda theme music with a joy of a die hard fanboy, it was truly magnificent to hear.

But the rest pretty much sucked if you ask me, well, Yoshi was on the line.

I liked the Kid Icarus one. The fanfare-ness of it just makes me laugh, and it sounds SO much like the game, if anyone here's played it..

Really, I like every single musical selection besides maybe the new Temple msuic.

To me, listing to the music update is the closest thing to experienceing brawl (pics and low quality video just doesn't do it for me). I've also enjoyed every last piece of music on the dojo with my favorites being X tunnel scene and Ocarina of time medley.

The music is indeed great, Go K.K. Rider being my favorite. I don't mind music updates at all, though they aren't quite as interesting as some other updates. Especially when they have something like Ashley's Theme and it just gets people riled up about what the song being in the game could mean.

Also, the Sonic series has some of my favorite music for any video games. I hope they include a lot of it.

I've really loved all of the music that's been previewed so far. Perhaps I am in the minority, but I actually really enjoy the Treehouse version of Ashley's Theme. I also happen to love Donkey Kong, Ice Climber, Meta Knight's Revenge, Fire Emblem Theme, and X: Tunnel Theme very much.

Brawl is undoubtedly going to have a large selection of music, and I'm excited to hear artists' interpretations of both popular and relatively unknown tracks from the various series that Brawl is representing. It's a very unique opportunity, and it's one that I'm looking forward to taking advantage of.

Don't know why people dislike music updates; They're usually a double update. However, I love the Metaknight's Revenge theme.

Put it this way: I have an album on my Ipod just for extended samples of music from the dojo. Its my most played album!

BTW, that Kirby music that's only updated with Kirby, the cooking music, will it be in the English version?

I'm just thrilled that we're going to get so much music. There are so many classic themes from Nintendo's history that will bring the nostalgia flooding back when I hear them, and a lot more that will be new to me.

Also, IIRC most of the recent music updates have been double updates. So what's the problem?

I could not agree more. In particular, I'm a big fan of the Zelda, Fire Emblem, and Sonic themes, and I do believe that the audio portion of the game is a much larger aspect than many realize. Having no music in the game would be like watching a movie or TV show that had no score or music in the background. Unless you're paying attention to it, you don't notice it too much, but as soon as its gone, there's a tremendous difference.

The music they've created for Brawl is simply phenomenal.

As far as alot of people not liking the overall quality of the music, I think that these tracks are not finilized and will probably sound overall even more amazing when they come out.

I think they decreased the quality in the site for any number of reasons.

I love the Meta Knight's Revenge theme, Ocarina of Time Medley, and Animal Crossing: Go K.K. Rider! Music updates are awesome and I hope that the Meta Knight Revenge theme is longer =).
