Multi-jump characters don't get them all back when grabbed

not sure if this is a glitch or intentional
but
If Dedede and Jigglypuff use all jumps, then get grabbed (including Falcon/Ganondorf's Up-B), they only get one back
If they use some but not all, they don't get any back.

I'm quite sure the first one is intentional, not a glitch.

Second one... I guess isn't intentional? Not sure.

You get one jump back if you have none. You keep the amount of jumps you have left if you are a multi-jump character.
