I just wanted to ask if the following moves still have intangibility and if they don't, will they be restored?
Mario's Up smash (Head)
Luigi's Up smash (Head)
Fox's Up smash lol (Head)
Fox's Down smash (Legs)
Falco's Up smash (Head)
Falco's Down smash (Legs)
GnW's Up smash (Head)
Jigglypuff's Down smash (Legs)
Kirby's Down smash (Legs)
DK's Up smash (Arms and Head)

Intangibility is a property temporarily applied to hurtboxes that prevents them from interacting with attack hitboxes.
Not to be confused with invincibility, which allows the originator of the hitbox to be put in hitlag when it comes into contact with an invincible hurtbox.

Approximately any case where a character had intang in Melee, they also have it in PM.

Still confused. Isn't that basically the same thing as a disjoint? So basically, their hurtbox does not extend all the way through the hitbox of the move, right?

It often results in a disjoint, yes, but basically it means a hurtbox that was formerly there is, for all intents and purposes, no longer there for the duration of the intangibility.

It's invincibility without the hitlag. For example, if nayru's love has intangibility in the strating frames, that means if I forward smash zelda with marth during those frames, my sword will clean go through her like hse doesn't exist. Spot dodging is the universal example of "intangibility frames".

Squirtle's tail is intangible, making it an effective disjoint (tail sword).

Also, Lucas' OU Burst (Neutral B discharge). It has 2 frames of full body invincibility on 2 and 3 (hitbox on 3).

I'm just wondering if the above moves will have them restored. Fox doesn't care for the invincibility but Mario and Luigi's invincibility on there heads are what made the up smash a good OoS option for them in Melee.

Those aren't intangibility frames, they're invincibility frames.

Intangible means that the character (or certain area, depending on move) is unable to be hit. This means that if you try to attack someone while they are intangible, such as while they are spot dodging, your attack will miss and because it cannot hit someone, there is no hitlag that is possible.

Invincible means that the character (or certain area, depending on move) is able to be hit. This means that if you try to attack someone while they are invincible, such as after they have respawned, your attack will hit them but will not cause any damage or KB but will have hitlag.

Ah, it hadn't occurred to me that the two situations reacted differently to hitboxes, but now that you mention it, I've noticed the difference. Thanks for clearing that up!
