Yes I realize this is a fad, and this isn't original, but its fuuuuuuuuuuunnnnnnn. So shut up. Anyway its pretty self explanatory as it stands, this is just a tier list of the usefulness of Luigi's moves as a whole. Here goes.

Top Tier
Nair
Fsmash (angled)

High Tier
Uair
Dthrow
Dsmash
Jab
Utilt
Tornado

Mid Tier
Shoryuken!
Bair
Dair
Bthrow
Usmash
Fair
Green Missile

Low Tier
Fireball
Ftilt
Fthrow
Dtilt

Bottom Tier
Dash Attack
Uthrow

...and thats all folks. Take up your issues with Pompi. Why? Because I like passing the buck for no reason =p

Move tier lists are fun, not to mention useful. Every character board should have one

Hello all. I'm new here (blah-blah, who gives a flying rat's ***, etc)

I've been maining Luigi since Brawl came out. And in my personal experience, my list goes as follows:

Broken Tier:
Nair (Sweetspotted)
Nair (Non-sweetspotted)

High Tier:
Dthrow
Jab
Fsmash (Up angled)
Dair (Sweetspotted)
FJP, Shoryuken, Murder Fist, (whatever floats your boat)
Utilt
Luigi Cyclone (Grounded)
Dsmash

Mid Tier:
Bair
Dair (Non-sweetspotted)
Uair
Bthrow
Luigi Cyclone (Aerial)
Pummel (Why the hell not? It's free damage when you've already grabbed the opponent)
Usmash
Fair

Low Tier:
Fireball
Green Missile, Luigi Torpeeedo!, etc (Again, too many names)
Dtilt
Fsmash (Straight-angled)
Uthrow
Fthrow
Ftilt (Straight-angled)
Ftilt (Up-angled)
Fsmash (Down-angled)
Ftilt (Down-angled)
Dtaunt (Spike)
Dtaunt (On grounded opponent)
SJP (AKA Non-sweetspotted UpB)

Here-Have-a Free-Shield-Grab-Tier, You're Welcome!:
Dash Attack

These reflect my personal opinion when used in playing style and should not be considered better (or worse :p) than LuigiKing's version. Enjoy!

I never said fireball sucked. I probably use it more than 95% of the people on this board. However its a tier list, so when compared to the rest of Luigi's moves it relatively sucks. Seriously, fireball doesn't even come close to the usefulness of Luigi's aerials and smashes.

I probably use fireball the most of anyone, I actually need to use it less.
I think bair should be a higher tier. For defensive reasons, it is really fast and wide ranged

Dtilt lower than Fair?
last i checked, you cant FJP out of Fair >.>
Fair should not be underrated. Dtilt is not easy to land. Fair has better horizontal range than it looks and it's absolutely vital that you mix up Fair in your aerials, it has different timing and spacing than the others

bair should be higher , imo bair is top tier today i kod the las 2 stocks by spamming well spaced bairs and fmash. imo uangled smash shouldnt be higher than normal fmash and my reason is uangled lacks range , but fmash really doesnt lack power , i mean its a little less powerlful and has a bit less knockback but still comes out fast and hits hard.

btw why pass this to me??

I agree that Bair should be a little higher. It gets more use from me than say, utilt, but that's just me.

I'd like to also say that dtilt should definitely be higher that the bottom of lower. It's a good opening for fsmash. Jab then dtilt could lead to a devastating up angled fsmash, unless there's an easier way to get an fsmash...

There isn't really arent any easier ways to set the fsmash up. The most convient one is throwing a SH fireball setup, or a buffered fsmash.
