Move priority

Is it me or does it seem like every one of Picachu's moves has priority over everyone elses?

You know what's weird? I didn't even play Pikachu in SSB64, but he was my best character in Melee.

Well, Pika's F-Smash seems to cut through anything this time around. Also, timed right, his down smash will also stop nearly any attack, providing it isn't super-long range of course. I'm looking at you, Marth...

They seem too. Pika has a lot more priority in this game.

I mained Pikachu (along with Marth) in Melee, and I'm glad to see that he has improved.
