Most Wanted New Franchises For Brawl

The title of this thread is pretty self explanatory, but at any rate, which Nintendo franchises do you want to be represented in Brawl that have yet to be prominently featured in the series (aside from the various trophies in Melee) and to what extent? - That is do you want the franchchise represented with a Playable Character, Stage, or Assist Trophy (or other prominent items). Also, to avoid redundancy, only list each franchise once, as a Playable Character pretty much indicates that a Stage and AT(s) is also available for that choice, and likewise a Stage likely indicates an AT.

For myself, the listing would go something like this:

Pretty much the only franchise I really want to be represented is Golden Sun.

I'd like to see a variety of franchises represented instead of getting a lot of new characters in already established franchises, but the only specific franchise that I really want to see is Golden Sun.

Anyway I'd say Pikmin deserves it although I'm not the biggest fan. Animal Crossing was also rather nice. Anyways...

Pikmin, Animal Crossing (confirmed to some degree), Mario Party (Stage only - like Mario Kart) since it could be another hilarious WarioWare-ish type random stage , and I'd say Golden Sun deserves it too.

I could fantasise about some 'Tales Of' representation but that's stretching it a fair bit >.>

Also I'd love to see some Mischief Makers representation... but then I know I'm dreaming >.>

Golden Sun is definitely at the top of my list. Isaac as playable, a couple of stages (one just has to be based on the Lighthouses), and a few ATs of characters that don't make it playable (Alex, Saturos & Menardi, Jenna, perhaps toss in Ivan or Sheba and Mia).

Second in line is Eternal Darkness - a very good but very overlooked game. I doubt it'll get so much as a sticker, but Alexandra would make a good playable character (gladius + magick based move set). Not sure about a stage - perhaps Ehn'gha, or the underground ruins of the forbidden city. The only AT I figure would be good would be Pious Augustus showing up and using some magick.

After them, Pikmin. Not a huge fan, but I definitely think Mr. Miyamoto's latest brainchild deserves it.

Beyond those, nothing Nintendo-made particularly appeals to me, but I definitely want Sonic in from 3rd-parties, and Mega Man would be wonderful as well.

I had to join the forums pretty much just to support this idea. Just imagining the rasping voice of an anicient as Alexandra casts spells ("Pargon") in a Smash game makes me shiver with excitement. I suppose the chances stand at just about 0 (I think Microsoft now owns the company that made the game, although Nintendo might own the intellectual property). Anyway, Eternal Darkness was one of the best single player experiences on the Gamecube (my favorite certainly) and its a crime that it wasn't popular enough to become a franchise. Other than that, Pikmin definitely, those are the two I really care about (that aren't already in). (By the way, I really am quite fond of paragraphs as a method for organizing ideas, but my enter key is broken).

Planet meteo.
The planet will burst out of the capsule, and fly into the background. Then meteos would rain on the stage, stacking up if they dont hit anybody, and causing 5% per meteo. They fall very fast, and are hard to dodge.

If Golden Sun only had 1 vote on the poll I wouldn't say he had a high chance of making it into Brawl, but he has gotten two of them; Sakurai had to take notice of that. Golden Sun is one of the most popular RPG's on a handheld and has an immense fanbase. Golden Sun brings it's unique Psynergy to the table which is something Zelda and Pokemon can not do.

I'm not going to give up hope untill He's deconfrimed in someway.

Sakurai-sempai isn't a guy to add an awesome franchise like Golden Sun to da roster. I mean, I believe da guy loves it. To shoot our hopes and dreams for madd chill characters like Golden Sun down the trophy drain. Hmph......yup, he's full of babyback bull$hit.
