Most Annoying Character In A Video Game. NOMINATING NOW!

I am making a game where we try to find the most annoying video game character of all time. First we will nominate. You may ONLY Nominate two. You can nominate a enemy, sidekick, heck even the main star of a game. Just post what game they are from. Remember, Twice!

Once we have all the nominations i will put 3 random people in a "group", and there will be 6 groups. In a way you could think of this as the character battle, but for the most annoying character for a video game.
