Yeah i saw that too. Not only was there 2 smash balls during 1 match, the same character got and used the final smash. Just as i thought when they said smashballs could only be used once. They were talking about the item being removed from your after you use it once. But if you get another one, you have it again. The next final smash you get can be used ONCE. I dont know how people blew this out of proportion.

It may have been lost in translation, but from what interpret it seems that when you get a ball you save it until you do a certain button combination. Then you use your Final Smash. I don't think it is possible to have more than one final smash stored at once. That would really suck to get triple final smashed

Diddy's special ends with his jet pack crashing into the ground. Perhaps he can't do it more than once. Can anyone out there proove me wrong? Is there footage of Diddy doing it twice in a game?

I heard Zamus's final smash allows her to go back to her Varia Suit, but I don't know what she does. I'm gonna take a random guess and say she calls in her gunship, it fires missiles all over the stage, she jumps in real quick and jumps out with her Varia Suit.

Since his up-B also has a chance to fly off his back and explode, I'd say Diddy's Final Smash is constant, thanks to the wonderful world of hammerspace.

You shouldn't over analyzing things. He also said "under certain conditions" but meant, "from the E3 video".

I'm sure you can customize how many maximum smash balls spawn, in your own custom games.

But in campaign and default games, a maximum of one spawns per game.

In an IGN movie (I think is the one in Norfair), Yoshi gets a Smash Ball, but fails to execute the attack. His glow also goes away in a few moments.

I guess you only have a limited time to use the Final Smash.

This topic reminds me of Columbus. Back in his day, all the peasant idiots believed that the world was flat.. However, the intellectuals and educated, knew that the world was round.

The peasant idiots here thought that Sakaurai meant that there would be only 1 smash ball in each game. The educated intellectuals knew that his plainly obvious statement indicated that it was an item that could only be used once per smashball.

Also if the person who has obtained a Smash Ball, doesn't use their FS, then another player can attack the player with the Smash ball and steal it from the player.
