I somehow figured that you can Charleston with Marth and that Marth's dash attack is better so

I think you can do the charleston with pretty much any character... I could be wrong.

I think so too, but it's soo noticeable with Marth. I think I've been just wd > Dash dance > repeat and it happens. And I get annoyed.

The boost is bad with Marth however because he turns VERY SLOWLY.

Ok, so I tested the Charleston with game&watch, roy, doc, pichu, bowser, and dk, so far all of them can do it. So I'm just going to say everyone can. Some are more noticeable than others though. Game&watch was hardest to do it with, and Dk's is by far the most awesomely hilarious. I didn't test the boost though...
