This is off-topic but to answer your question, you should visit Brawl Vault and locate the thread about the Smash 3C project, which aims to make the character models in Project M a higher definition than they appear in Brawl. You are better off getting the whole pack of character textures but you can also go to each individual character's texture vault, arrange the results alphabetically, and look for "Smash 3C" in the later pages. Additionally, there are characters who have had users port their models from Smash Wii U.

If you go into the stage texture vault, you will find pretty much every stage ported from Smash Wii U, omega versions included, but lacking in transformations most of the time.

Manually replacing Brawl's textures with these textures will be a huge chore, so you're better off looking for mod packs on Brawl Vault that have already tried to achieve this.
