Can someone please make a mod where every character has a shine down B? Preferably wolf or falco's. For the lulz.

you could learn to do it yourself. then see if you want to repeat the process for 37 other characters once youve done it once?

In all fairness, I probably wouldn't be the only one getting lulz out of this.

That could be said for any mod. You'd still have better luck learning PSA yourself and coding it.

you're an ASM god
or
the character already has defensive collisions you can use (this also depends on the character)

It's impossible.
