Is there a reason for this....I understand they can't livestream brawl but it seems for hype they never include us for anything

There's already a topic on this, but their inability to stream Brawl content further stems that they don't have the rights to use it to advertise an event. Thus, they aren't capable of hyping up Brawl in a video, but they did have an article written by Alpha Zealot to hype the Brawl side.
