I think Sakurai must've caught on with the stuff that people said about what's under Rosalina's dress, and simply decided to show some sense of humor for today's screenshot. Someone even made a Miiverse drawing for that very occasion.

Her... um... other stuff has been enlarged as well, it seems. Also, really, it makes sense. She gives birth to stars. So the Cosmos is literally her... um... v- *banned*

So yeah, it all makes sense actually. :3
