I'm sure we've all done a few obligatory dream matches in SSB before (IE Mario vs. Sonic), but with the addition of mii fighters not only is it possible to make virtually any character imaginable in Smash but to have them battle each other, making it very possible to have fantasy fights never before possible.*
Since E3 I've been keeping a text document of such matches I plan to create. I even go as far as to think of which stages, items, and/or rules to have active for each encounter, only using those that relate in some manner to the fighters involved. For example a match featuring an Elsa mii would have Freezie, while one with the Flash would use the bunny hood and/or stop watch.
1. Sonic (in-game) vs. Dr. Eggman
Stage: Windy Hill/Green Hill
Items: Sentry Eye, Bom-Bomb, & Golden Beetle (robots like that which Eggman would create)
2. Michael Myers vs. Jason Voorhees vs. Freddy Kruger vs. Ghostface
Stage: Luigi's Mansion? (game needs a spooky location)
Items: Starman & Franklin Badge (reslience), Pitfall & Banana Peel (victim's tendency to trip), Beam Sword & Homerun Bat (weapons)
3. Snoopy vs. Garfield
2 characters with surprisingly decent looking miis out there.
Stage: Nintendogs
Items: food
4. The Zelda rejects, Groose vs. Midna vs. Tingle vs. Skullkid
Stage: Skyloft
Items: All of the Zelda series items
5. Greninja (in-game) vs. Oshawott
Stage: Elite Four building
Items: Poke'balls
6. The Angry Video Nerd vs. ROB (in-game)
Stage: Hopefully there's one like Saffron or Fourside with skyscrappers
Items: Superscope
7. Dr. Eggman vs. Dr. Wily
Stage: Wily's Castle
Items: See above
8. Bruce Lee vs. Jackie Chan
Stage: Wit Fit Studio
Items: TBD
9. Team Battle: Mario & Luigi (both in-game) vs. Wario (in-game) & Waluigi
Stage: Mushroom Kingdom U
Items: All Mario series items
10. Aang vs. Korra
Stage: Final Distination
Items: Fire Flower (fire), Ore Club (air), Pitfall (earth), Freezie (water)
11. Superman vs. Goku vs. Chuck Norris
Stage: Battlefield
Items: TBD
12. Samus (in-game) vs. Master Chief
Stage: Mario Galaxy
Items: Gooey Bomb, Ray Gun, Steel Diver, X-Bomb, Daybreak, Metal Box
& last but not least: THE GREAT DOCTOR WHO TOURNAMENT
Round 1: 1st Doctor vs. 2nd vs. 3rd vs. 4th
Round 2: 5th vs. 6th vs. 7th vs. 8th
Round 3: 9th vs. 10th vs. 11th vs. 12th
Round 4: War Doc vs. Valeyard vs. Peter Cushing vs. Curse of the Fatal Death Doc
Final Round: the winners of the above 4 rounds
Yeah yeah I know, I spent way too much time into these.
*Except for in MUGEN, Soul Calibur, & just about any wrestling game but I digress.
