Micro SD card question

Okay I have a phone that has a built in Mp3 player and it plays songs from a Micro SD card.

I was going to buy one this weekend but I'm not sure exactly how to get songs on it. The book from my phone said I have to insert it into the computer and drag files into the music folder. Simple enough but I don't how exactly I put the MicroSD into my computer.

I googled it and it said I need a multi card reader or something? I'm confused about it, could someone elaborate on this for me?

Also I have a old computer it's a Dell dimension - 4500 Towers(I think) if that helps.

Most microSD cards come with a cardreader. It will either be in the form of a standard SD card (the kind the Wii takes) or if you're lucky, a USB converter. If you're computer doesn't have an SD slot, then you'll want to pick up a cheap SD card reader, and you'll be set.
