Dsmash, ftilt, shadow ball, bair
Bair is probably one of the best gimping tools in the game.
Dsmash is good for characters that have a recovery with an active hitbox, like diddy's, or spacies when you know they gotta go close to the stage with up b.

In addition to what the above posters added. Disable gimps the hell out of nearly any character if you can space and time it correctly.
