why would you make a topic and ask people not to post? Well im going to post anyways.
As for your question yes you're half right, more people using mewtwo wouldn't directly raise his tier, but it would probably open up alot more tactics and combos for him that users could share amongst themselves, to play him better. Overall though he probably wouldn't budge much on his position amongst the tiers.
