Fake. No question. Mewtwo is in the DLC aisle, but not Roy? Plus look at his face when he's KO'd. All the other characters have some expression of shock or pain, but Mewtwo doesn't.
Since this is regarding a pretty specific Smash Bros. area it really should be discussed there, and since the same leak has already been locked there I'm just going to lock this here and direct you to what Spirst said in that thread.
