Mewtwo's hover doesn't seem to work if you tap up to jump, but works fine with X or Y. not sure if this is intentional or not.

His hover relies on you holding jump the whole time, and requires you to tap down on the control stick to start it.
...How on earth would you hold tap jump AND tap down on the control stick at the same time?
Oh wait, I guess you could wait for him to reach the apex of his jump, at which point float starts automatically. With X and Y, at least.
