Taking a closer look at that Yoshi render and the Yoshi icon used in the roster, there are some differences between the two. They are definitely close, but not quite the same. Though, the creator could have easily edited the render to look a little different.

It's nice. Very nice. I love the style, especially the use of the character background colours from the site. If this is somehow real, it could very well just be a current or older build of the game (or a demo being released sometime soon to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Smash...no, that would be too perfect).
