Melee Tournament 4/27/07 in Fall River, Mass

A smash tournament is happening in Fall River, Massachusetts next Friday at the "New" Harbour Mall's arcade, Millenium Fun Center. At around 5 o'clock(will edit in time as soon as I talk to the arcade owner about the actual time).
There will be a singles tournament(any characters are allowed) and a doubles tournament. 5$ to enter singles 10$ to enter doubles(for the whole team). The levels will be announced at the day of the tournament. Prizes will be distributed as 1st: 65% 2nd: 25% 3rd: 10%. Post here if you have any questions.

Haha I love winning newb tourneys yay. And what do you mean the levels will be announced on the day... there are set levels for tournaments. Also post it in the tournaments section. If you are running the tournament you should try to pick one where other tournaments arent actually going on.

I won a 60 person tourney at a college that was going on at my cousins school while I was visiting him and I told one kid he needed to DI, and he was like "whats DI?".

Haha I was just joking about the newb tourney thing calm down. You brought it on yourself by not realizing how to properly post a tournament. I mean you have what used to be one of the best crews around in the turtles who i train with from fall river you gotta represent more properly. But ill probably go if your doing tournament levels and not banned stages.

Well not to sound cocky but if I havent heard of you, then 299 out of 300 times you wouldnt beat me. Again not trying to sound like a douschebag but I play in mostly tournaments where the best players in the area go. Ive played and beaten people who are listed on the top 10 players in New England (although granted they beat me more often). The only reason I was gonna go was because it is so close and I didnt have a tourney to go to on that day. If you guys make it later or on saturday I can show you. Otherwise I play like every weekend and fall river is like 15 minutes away so we can play some other time. Just post here or msg me if you wanna play sometime, looking forward to it.

Yeah im free about every weekend that there isnt a tourney going on. Post on here when you guys want to play and we can play. Who do you guys use, I play fox and shiek so if any of you guys use him im sure I can teach them alot of stuff since you guys are kindof new to the competitive smash scene. Yea this is my first tourney so I don't know how it's going to go down but I hope i do good for a first time. Well me(Jesse) I use Ganondorf, Link, Marth, Luigi (to name a few but I have more). My friend Michael uses Fox(extremely good w/ him), Mario, Mr. GaW, & Pikachu. And my other friend Mackinley, uses Falco, Mr. GaW, Link, etc. That's about it on my assembled Smash team but we need to get it more organized.

btw, i don't kno if there is going to be doubles for a FACT, tbh i jus got back from playin some smash with "Sesshomaru" and.. we were talkin about it a lil... we're obviously havin 1v1's, not sure about doubles because the lack of teams.. unless ppl will randomly join up =x but, there might be low-tier tourney.. if not a tourney then i guess a low tier friendly

No I meant just me vs you two haha. Im going to a tournament in maine tomorrow so I dont know if I can make it, I was hoping you would have been playing till 9:30. Hope you guys have fun, but seriously you guys should start going to some tourneys this summer that are going to be goin on if you want the real experience. Its pretty fun and usually like 50 go to them and for some up to like 120+ if its big enough.
